At the meanwhile, it requires much stricter control over the processing and precision than common bearings. It has high performance on operation stability, low-noise and anti-corrosive. Product Features
Usually, its bearing rings and rollers apply AISI SUS440C stainless steel with vacuum quenching and tempering treated; and its cage and sealing frame material is usually stainless steel AISI304. With appropriate lubricant and shielded plates, they can be used under the extreme temperature condition of -60℃ ~ +300℃. Stainless steel ball bearings are widely applied in food processing machines, medical equipments and pharmaceutical machineries because of their high mechanical strength and large load capacity.
