The main contents of mechanical maintenance are cleaning, fastening, adjusting, lubricating and antisepsis.

(1) routine maintenance: routine maintenance shall be centered on cleanliness, lubrication, inspection and fastening, and routine maintenance shall be carried out as required before, during, and after each shift. Routine maintenance is performed independently by mechanical operator.
(two) regular maintenance: according to the maintenance requirements of all kinds of machinery and equipment, after the scheduled work hours or the required mileage, the corresponding regular maintenance must be carried out, including the following contents:
1 level maintenance: a maintenance work is based on the routine maintenance, the key work is the lubrication, fastening and check all relevant parts and cleaning filters work (i.e., clean air, oil, fuel filter, etc.). The first level maintenance is guided by the mechanical team leader, and the mechanical operator completes it.
2, two levels of maintenance: two maintenance work to check, adjust the focus. To check the specific engine, clutch, gearbox, drive mechanism, steering and braking mechanism, working device, hydraulic system and electrical system work and make the necessary adjustments, troubleshooting found, security of the assembly, mechanical parts has good working performance. Two level maintenance by mechanical operators to assist the warranty personnel to complete.
3, three levels of maintenance: the focus is to detect, adjust, troubleshoot hidden dangers and balance the degree of wear of parts. Diagnose and check the status of the parts that affect the use of the performance and the symptoms of failure, and then complete the necessary replacement, adjustment and troubleshooting. The three stage maintenance requirement is accomplished by technical comprehensive warranty personnel with advanced inspection instruments and tools.
(three) special maintenance 1, go and maintenance: new machine or overhaul after the machine in the "walking" period must be "walking" maintenance. When the machine is used in the prescribed period, it is necessary to increase the load and the speed according to the corresponding procedures step by step, and check the lubrication and tightening situation comprehensively, and observe the status of each part of the machine, and find an abnormal solution in a timely manner. The key point of running and maintaining is to change the lubricating oil, lubricate the parts and fasten the bolts. After the closing period, a two level maintenance.
2, seasonal maintenance: each summer or winter machinery should be carried out before a seasonal maintenance. The emphasis is on the fuel system, the hydraulic system, the cooling system, and the start-up system. The following work should be done according to the actual situation: replace the oil and hydraulic oil, adjust the relative density of the electrolyte, adopt cold proof or cooling measures, and clean the cooling system, etc..
3, disable maintenance: in the mechanical equipment due to seasonal factors (such as winter break), etc., need to stop for some time, should be disabled. The main cleaning, cosmetic, matching, anti-corrosion and other work.
4, seal maintenance: should be sealed in accordance with the requirements of the serious implementation of sealed maintenance, to reduce the natural climate for long-term storage equipment erosion.
Three 、 the maintenance department shall make the maintenance plan according to the mechanical use plan, and supervise the operation of the warranty personnel. At the same time, strengthen the inspection of equipment, through verification to ensure the quality of maintenance work. Operators should carefully fill in the mechanical maintenance records, compiled by the mechanical statistics personnel, mechanical equipment, technical records for future reference.
