Helical tensile springs: coiling, de stress annealing, hook ring fabrication, (cut off), stress relieving annealing, standing treatment, inspection, surface corrosion treatment, packaging.
Spiral torsion spring: roll system, stress annealing, torsion arm manufacture, tail cutting, stress relieving annealing, standing treatment, inspection, surface anticorrosion treatment and packing.
The spiral stretch and torsion springs described above are manufactured by winding the hook or torsion arm at each end of the coil. In recent years, many manufacturers at home and abroad have produced and used computer forming machine or special forming machine. The shape of spring body and tail can be finished once on the forming machine, and the process of machining hook ring or twist arm is omitted.
When the material needs to be quenched and tempered after forming, the main difference with the process is quenching and tempering after forming, and sometimes the end of spring needs normalizing treatment.
The process with brackets is a non - fixed process, whether or not it depends on the performance requirements of the spring.
