Danyang Jinyun Alloy Co., Ltd. is located in the eastern suburb of Danyang - the LV town canal of the nickel alloy production base. It is from the airport of Changzhou, the export 4KM of the highway roxi, the 28KM from Dagang Port, the Shanghai Nanjing railway, the Beijing Hangzhou the Grande Canale and the 312 National Highway across this town. Water, road and air traffic are very convenient. The company has passed the certification of ISO9000 quality management system. All the products are produced according to the national standard. It is a high and new technology production enterprise with smelting, developing and producing high temperature alloy, high nickel alloy, nickel alloy, corrosion resistant alloy, inel alloy, Monel alloy, precision alloy and various special alloy materials. The company has 50 kilograms, 100 kilograms, 200 kilograms, 500 kilograms and 1.5 tons of vacuum and non vacuum induction steelmaking furnaces, electroslag furnace and forging. The products are pipes, bars, plates, wires, strips, flanges, forgings and fittings. Products are used in petrochemical, aerospace, shipbuilding, energy, military, electronics, environmental protection, machinery and instrumentation.
The parts of special alloy work under the harsh environment conditions such as high temperature, heavy load and gas scour. It is necessary to consider the performance of high temperature instantaneous strength, permanence, creep, fatigue and so on, and also consider the problem of high temperature oxidation. The metallurgical quality of the raw materials of this kind of alloy is very high. In order to obtain high quality alloy, it is necessary to control the composition of the alloy and reduce the content of gas, harmful inclusions and non-metallic inclusions in the alloy, and improve the purity of the alloy. The smelting has not only removed the low melting point and nonferrous impurity elements and gases in the alloy, but also reduced the non-metallic inclusions and improved the crystalline structure, which made the thermal processing performance of the alloy remarkably improved and the professional forging skills of our factory, thus ensuring the quality of the final products of the alloy.
