金融界2024年10月19日消息，國家知識產權局信息顯示，寧波樂為精密機械有限公司取得一項名為“一種節能型金屬熱處理爐”的專利，授權公告號 CN 221822268 U，申請日期為2024年1月。
專利摘要顯示，本實用新型提供了一種節能型金屬熱處理爐，包括熱處理爐體，所述熱處理爐體包括爐身、兩個加熱器、爐蓋、鎖扣件以及熱量回收組件；所述爐蓋鉸接于爐身一端，所述爐蓋一側和爐身之間設置有鎖扣件，位于爐蓋正上方設置有罩體二，且罩體二和熱量箱之間連接有管道二，處于熱量箱遠離罩體二一端位于所述爐身上方連通有罩體一，所述熱量箱和罩體一之間連通有管道一，所述管道一和管道二中間位置處均勻安裝有單向閥。本實用新型爐蓋打開后，爐身內熱氣散出后上升，通過罩體二沿管道二進入熱量箱內，后續通過單向閥打開后，熱量沿進入爐身內，實現熱量回收，起到節能效果。
