近日，由河北省冶金燃?xì)夤I(yè)爐產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)研究院與北京科技大學(xué)聯(lián)合研發(fā)的多區(qū)域分布式電加熱步進(jìn)爐已成功投入使用。此步進(jìn)爐是國(guó)內(nèi)首臺(tái)能高效加熱難熔合金大坯料，并實(shí)現(xiàn)精準(zhǔn)控氧的先進(jìn)設(shè)備，標(biāo)志著我國(guó)在合金大坯料無(wú)氧化均勻加熱領(lǐng)域取得了重大突破。該技術(shù)的成功應(yīng)用，不僅推動(dòng)了軋鋼加熱爐的零碳轉(zhuǎn)型，更在控溫精度和爐溫均勻性方面達(dá)到了國(guó)際領(lǐng)先水平。
